1. Soak your Skin: Take a warm shower, bath or steam for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions as the glove relies on friction to remove dead skin.
2. Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water, leaving the glove slightly damp.
3. Move out of water
4. Exfoliate: Scrub your body up and down, and the dead skin cell will start peeling off
5. Rinse your body and apply your favourite body lotion
6. Cleanse your glove with soap and then hang it to dry

Recommended Usage: Use 1-2 times a week and replace your glove every 8-12 weeks.
